It has a shorter turning radius, providing greater maneuverability in confined aisles. 4.Production lines:
A complete production process mainly includes: material procurement-steel plate cutting-welding-spray painting -drying-assembly-inspection
Welding:
Manual welding requires experienced workers, and the finished product is more likely to have variation in quality. If the welding robot is well adjusted, the quality will be more stable than manual welding. Our company now uses robot welding, there are currently 10 in total.By robotic positioner external axis servo motor rotation, combined with the robotic system trajectory interpolation, ensuring the smooth running accuracy and machine operation.
Good welding is done at once, so there will not be seam greater than 1mm. And fair welding will have break point. Whereas bad welding makes the seam too wide, they have to stuff iron in the side the seam and weld another layer outside. It is hard to tell from the appearance, but the integrity and strength of the finish product is totally different. You can tell the difference between the welding of our company and other company from the pictures here. (other has break point)
