4. Inspection of MCLLROY Wheel Loader
The inspection process is of utmost importance, just as any other procedure. Following the verification of tire pressure, bucket level, hydraulic oil, bolts, and track width, MCLLROY technicians must proceed to inspect the following components (Part II):
Verify the meter readings on the dashboard inside the cab, including:
Brake pump pressure: 0.4-0.8
Lubricant oil pressure: 0.2-0.6
Water temperature: check if it has reached excessively high levels after testing
Torque converter pressure: 2.2-2.4 (at full load and upon forcefully pressing the accelerator pedal)
Check if the headlight, taillight, on/off switch of different functions, and radio are all functioning properly. Additionally, ensure that no electric wires are exposed.
