In the first step, our workers carefully assemble the front frame, rear frame, swing frame, front axle, and rear axle together. They then install the air tank, relief valve, and air booster pump on the frame, paying close attention to the tightness of the screws and adjusting the gap.
During this step, our workers ensure that the hinged part is not moving up and down and is tight enough to be shaken left and right. They also make sure that there is a gap between the swing frame and rear frame that can move up and down but not back and forth. In addition, gear oil is added to the front and rear axles to ensure their proper functioning.
The second step involves the installation of the hydraulic oil tank, engine, and steering pump. Our workers carefully install these components and ensure that they are functioning correctly.
In the third step, the cab is installed on the loader, and our workers ensure that it is secure and that all the electrical connections are properly installed.
